- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could have given them a lower rating I would have. Much like the other review that wasn't done by one of their employees, I too had a terrible experience with this company. They were cold, uninformative, and more or less told me off after asking them a few basic questions. The agent, Bill Gardner, was one of the downright rudest people I have ever met and seemed intent on making our interaction as unpleasant as possible. I don't know how they are able to remain in business with such uncaring and unhelpful staff.
